My name is Louise Goldie, the manager of Wellshine Ayrshire. I decided it would be great if I could run a business and have flexible working hours; to be able to choose which hours to work whilst building a reputation as a market leading cleaning company.

It was a risk worth taking as I had been working on other projects on a self employed basis, so this was a big decision. I had looked at many franchises, and due to my meticulous nature and experience, decided on a cleaning business.

I also wanted to utilise my business minded skills and knowledge wherever I could. Experiencing for myself life’s pressures with work, managing business finances and cleaning and tidying my home was tiring, I wanted to position my life, in order that I could take care of these things and make time for personal and career growth.

So I thought there must be other people in exactly the same position as me. Wellshine seemed a great solution. I took the plunge and I was right to. All the Wellshine team gives me support whenever needed, and their branding is fantastic and I know I can rely on them and my own skills to succeed.

So much so cleaning is very much required in my area and I’m now hoping to expand the company. I am now full time, and employ staff that are DBS checked, work to high standards, who are hardworking, experienced and trustworthy.

As my business is grows, I am becoming highly recommended in our area from our domestic and commercial clients, and I also take on end of tenancy jobs. Currently I’m now working to establish my business on approved lists within our local council and estate agents.

I enjoy helping people to see how much they appreciate and value the cleaning of their homes and businesses in Troon and surrounding areas. Not only that I will continue to provide high standards in the services I provide, working hard, and enjoying it. Wellshine has been the perfect solution.
